Piccolo Principe
Colour
Intense salmon pink with light orangey highlights.
Bouquet
Aromatic toasty notes with delicate touches of red berries and hawthorn.
Taste
The attack on the palate is fairly lively but is softened by a very supple texture.
Its generosity makes it a fleshy wine, a dinner wine which, served between 8 and 10°C, will pair nicely with a sesame-crusted grilled salmon or even a moderately spicy beef tartare.
