Taste

The attack on the palate is fairly lively but is softened by a very supple texture.
Its generosity makes it a fleshy wine, a dinner wine which, served between 8 and 10°C, will pair nicely with a sesame-crusted grilled salmon or even a moderately spicy beef tartare.
